Bump because Specters of the Rail could be coming out as soon as this Thursday.

Personally I'm expecting it by Friday at the earliest, and early next week at the latest. Based off of what the devs posted in regards to the new method of getting prime gear, sounds like they still have a bit to polish up and work out.
