We still have to account for the 10,000+ Jedi that also died too (Not all, i'm sure a percentage survived undocumented). I'm sure not all were in the "heat of battle".

It makes more sense for it to just vaporize. If it split in half that wouldn't really help the Jedi's survivability rate.

Bullets are physical,so the jedi can just deflect them at the soldiers. It would be only casualties.

Now heres a question:Why are the lasers so SLOW? They are light,they go at the speed of light in real life.

I don't think they're ACTUALLY lasers, like how in FTL they're pictured as some kind of "plasma" shot

They move slowly so jedi can deflect them easier clearly

Jedi can't deflect all of them and nor do they even appear to have the capacity to react fast enough TO them unlike those silly laser bolts.

Yes, otherwise the Jedi order wouldn't have been slaughtered horribly if they could have done that. Do i need to point out that the Jedi were done in by slow moving LASERS of all things?

Yeah I don't think a jedi can survive a volley of lasers if they're surrounded. (And since clones are expendable, crossfire wouldnt really matter I assume, especially if it's to get rid of a major threat)

the jedi were caught off guard that the soldiers they have been fighting with for years suddenly turn on them in seconds. they are knights not mind readers. also the clones were lead by one of the  most powerful jedi of all time so
