If you don't want anyone seeing your account name and email, and maybe a paypal email, then log off. It *might* stop that from happening. If you're not worried about that, then you don't really have any reason to log off

He should log out asap, because as soon as he goes to a store page he will see somebody else's stuff, but the store and everything else is on lockdown right now anyways.

Staying logged in and not doing anything is different from going to a store page.
And besides, as you said, you can't go anywhere because everything is on lockdown.

That all depends, they were able to look at your purchase history and that is always the same unless you bought something recently.

Either way there is nothing they can do about your purchase history unless they want to critique you on your life choices.

Downloads are really slowed
(portal 2 is snail speed)
steam is regaining 2009 esc problems (api freezing up at times when you click buttons)
