it's a separate launcher
similar to how league/MC work, and how they have their own launchers and are not on steam in any way

also, from what I've seen so far it looks like overwatch is just TF2 with more classes and less customization per class

well it has female characters with ass, and.. that's about it i think.

I't has special abilitie's and ultimate's unique to every different hero.

the only things i like more about tf2 would have to be weapon loadouts and the sense of humor

I've never stated this, but I do appoligise for somehow giving you that impression. What I meant to say was that their playstyle's are diverse from eachother in overwatch rather than comparing them to tf2's mercenarie's.
