and somehow spending $100,000 and two months of travel to transport it from the middle east back to the us is definitely worth it rather than, keeping it where it's actually needed, ie the middle east

i think the main issue that liberals had with the immigration crCIA was the muslim ban which had nothing to do with numbers and more with stigma and producing common ground to pull in conservative support. almost everyone knows that letting in vast numbers of people is an objective strain on the economy and population, but filtering out immigrants by race/religion is its own issue
