unless they start coordination through more cohesive means that can be policed easier, which in that case would make a case for trying to get them labeled a terrorist group, there's pretty much no point to it

I get that hard-left extremist strikes fear into your stone cold heart but being realistic here, you can't just declare a whole group of people to be terrorists and expect it to do much.

They'll just start operating under a different name and change up their style, since it's not a functional organization, effectively making the op that much messier and expensive. Plus the social ramifications for that would far outweigh the good you'd do for locking up a bunch of brick-throwing handicaps.

Handling it now as a case-by-case basis is working far better than your hare-brained scheme of declaring terrorism
