Avenatti has been absolutely on the money with everything he has said previously so I wouldn't be surprised if we see some damning evidence on the law firm come out shortly.

do you legitimately believe marrying two criminals together will fix their issues with poverty and criminal activity, cause you should explain your reasoning a bit. parroting this data doesn't really prove anything other than black people marry far more infrequently than white, i dont think any of us understand your train of logic connecting marriage with doing better in life.

actually more like if they actually had families instead of raising children in poverty with no fathers and no support outcomes across the board would be better for the next generation. even more than that, marriage has an effect on the current generation by increasing life expectancy and lowering the likelihood of criminality

o About 70% of the juveniles and young
adults did not live with both parents
While they were growing up. More than
half (54%) reported having primarily
lived in a single-parent family.

o Among the juveniles in these facilities,
39.3% were held for a violent
offense, 45.6% for a property offense,
5.6% for a drug offense, and 7.2% for a
public-order offense. Just over 2%
were confined for a juvenile status
offense, such as truancy, running away,
or incorrigibility.

o Almost 43% of the juveniles had been
arrested more than 5 times, with over
20% of them having been arrested more
than 10 times in the past.

You don't think the fact that our laws are biased to disproportionately arrest/imprison black people might have something to do with the lack of fathers in households? After all, dad can't be home if he's in jail.

Even if you don't want to blame it on racial biases in laws, you could look at it this way - poor whites predominantly live in rural areas with sparse populations, whereas poor blacks live predominantly in urban centers. Drug laws are enforced more harshly and 'effectively' in the city.
