because they're nothing more than shells without their nuclear payload, probably a couple hundred thousand dollars apiece. with warheads, upwards a few million

im pretty sure N. Korea only has up to a 10kt nuclear payload, which isn't much iirc. the blast radius for a usual 10kt is 100m airburst and 200m ground detonation. by the looks of things, those ballistic warheads might yield maybe an upwards of 5kt? maybe less or more i'm not sure, i'm just judging based off the size.
