That seems like a really good way to queue tons of non-cheaters and block it up

people get processed through the queue within ~5 hours. the longest i've ever seen an account take to process is 3 days. you'd have to be reporting a LOT of people to really clog it up further than that

this isn't how it works because those accounts would have to be in game with the person to add them to the queue. but yeah of course it's an exploit, it'll get stopped at some point

there are tons of people who follow that rule of thumb of 1 game a day to prevent getting overwatched and while it may not be true i'm sure that it slows down how long it takes before they're overwatched
