What happened here is drydess walked in tony's store and broke some stuff. Tony got pissed and broke some of the stuff in drydess' store. Drydess apologized and then Tony continues breaking stuff and eventually burns down drydess' store in an attempt to get "equal".

Tony is throwing a temper tantrum that leads me to believe he is either a 12 year old and is lying about his age or he is being honest with his age and actually has down syndrome.

The difference being Moltenkittens doesn't want to pretend to be friends afterwards.
