chicken can go either way, depending on the chicken and on the ranch. like sonic chicken + sonic ranch is delicious but mcdonalds chicken nuggets go better with ketchup.

i've had it. i much prefer a ketchup/mayo mix, or just plain ketchup if mayo is not available.

i forgot to mention salads; i generally prefer ranch but there are other good dressings too

see i don't like ketchup like, at all. that was how i got into the ranch/fry life, bc my school used to only give us ketchup and mustard when we had fries. later they gave us honey mustard and bbq sauce but i still had a soft spot in my heart for that good ol ranch dip

and yeah fries/ranch is DAMN good but it only works with the buttermilk restaurant ranch not that vinegar-y ranch at fast food restaurants/stores
