is it really that big for you? the first thing i did when i bought this was go online with the chaingun and didn't even notice it affecting how well i could see

I picked up the default RL/Plasma on my first tdm on an unknown map and scored 11 kdr (no idea how many overall, 22 or 11), then went onto freeze tag and topped again, there was a guy lvl 50 running about with the plasma spamming it like a p90

i  surprisingly enjoyed the multiplayer. the only thing is that when you customize your armor, the only place where people can see it is when you win or kill somebody, i wish there was just a deathmatch gamemode not everything on a loving team.

and yeah, there are a lot of noobs on doom thinking it's like call of duty, if they're using the rocket launcher, they're a noob.

I was using the RL the entire time, I thought it would be a bit more like quake with atleast 70 odd damage per hit, the deto mod just turns them into spammable noob tubes.

I played the demo and the multiplayer beta a while ago. Damn, it seems they liked the Brutal Doom mod thing. Its basically the same, but it still is a good game

Just get an RX 480 when it comes in stock and you should be good. Or if you don't care about gpus much and just wanna play Doom get a Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming off eBay and you should be good. They are much easier to find, cheaper, and you'll still get acceptable performance.

Yeah, the title music was fantastic, but the actual ingame music was just nowhere near par. It's weird because Trent normally makes god-like sounds, but for Quake I swear he fell asleep at the guitar.

The DOOM OST is loving lovey in my ears.
