What would have stopped you getting someone else, who he wasn't suspicious of, to give him the link?
This can be explained by a lack of thought into this very well researched plan. Though I do clearly say I want him on Steam to help discover the real spammer earlier in the topic, which fits perfectly into what I say here.

Uh, he doesn't need to inspect element. He would just need to change his IP to a new one and join?
What the forget? Not only would he be connecting to the server, there would be witnesses to him connecting with captured evidence of his connection attempt. How the hell can you 'forge' that?
I honestly never expected him to film himself connecting in the first place. When I saw forge, I mean it wouldn't be hard to change your IP through your second monitor (I could do it myself) and then film yourself connecting to the page successfully.
I mean, the fact still stands, that the IP match was EXTREMELY unlikely to begin with. So when he connects successfully, you have to wonder whether he was in the 0.04% or whether I cleared the banlist last night, which I told other users about as I did.
