Debate will go up on the Brackland show. I was actually pretty calm during it, I never "shouted over Maxx." I did laugh quite a bit, and speak pretty loudly, but that's just how I talk.

You also did a bad job of winning people over by going on the offense and trying to turn the blast on people who were completely innocent (Like calling nickpb a child enthusiast. The forget was that?)

I most agree with what you've said here--I was too angry with my responses in the topic. But that doesn't change the evidence. He still could've proven his innocence--in fact, conclusively proving his guilt or innocent was the entire point behind clearing it in the first place. So saying "This isn't on Maxx" might be true if you demand 100% certainty in your dramas, but acting as though the evidence does not point towards him is lying to yourself.

And about the NickPB child enthusiast remark. It's one of the few insulting remarks I made here that I'd stick by. I don't think he's a child enthusiast, and I openly defended him for like 70 pages in his drama. It's an example of how a false accusation can be considered offensive, because he said they were not. I did not seriously suggested he was a child enthusiast. Lego dude explained it:

he was doing it to make a point though, nicpb accused him of being a cheater for something he claimes wasn't technically cheating, so to make nick feel what he was feeling, zealot compared the situation to the child enthusiast drama because he found it similar

it's perfectly acceptable to rehash a point that has never been proven false. your enlargement has remained the same from the first time you posted here. "if zealot can't prove 100% that I did it, I'm innocent". maybe that would apply in a court maxx, but drama does not hold the same standard. and 99.96% likelihood of guilt is enough for me.

i don't think we're gonna make any new progress here. further argument over the same pieces won't change anyone's mind once they've made it.

The bickering at this point is getting ridiculous. At this point they're just doing logic circles like a hoon outside Maccas at 3AM does donuts while eating the iced donuts, and while it was funny for a few threads it's now just descended into bitter stuff-slinging.

Maxx has a history of doing stupid things, and McZealot has been acting under an ego trip for quite a lot of this thread. That doesn't mean either party are terrible people, but it does mean that both parties aren't completely in the right or wrong here. There's been great points all around (Rally and Ike standing out), but the simple fact of the matter is this is an argument, not a discussion, because neither party is open to changing their opinions at this point.

The sooner the two agree to disagree and loving apologise for acting like soapy vaginas (or not, whatever gets them to shut up), the sooner we can forget this stain of a topic ever happened, because frankly I'm now getting a bit of a headache, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

And McZealot, honestly, I like the Movie Night CyTube, and I get that it's annoying when people spam, but honestly it's just something you have to accept is going to happen because idiots use the Internet, and so the sooner you can move on, fire the banhammer and forget that spammer existed, the smoother things are going to be for you. Calling attention to the problem is only going to call attention to it so more richardheads want to get involved and spam for attention.

there was no conclusive evidence pointing at me saying i did anything, you had 4 digits and after i even tried to prove myself you deleted the banlist so i couldn't

your "99.96"% stuff can also be concluded that even though its 0.04 percent, there are 65,024 other possibilities of that being someone else, and i sure as hell wouldn't care or want to spam your cytube

Okay OP, you're a loving idiot. Maxx did not spam your cytube and you've had it out for him for this *year* for no loving reason.

Does anyone remember the user Courage who Badspot ended up banning because he saw he had the same IP as Muslim/Pandan?

And then, later that day ended up unbanning him because he wasn't either of those people?

So, due to Courage's dynamic IP, he not only rolled the exact same IP address as a problem user, but two.

Showing that Maxx and this mystery spammer had the same FIRST FEW NUMBERS at some seperate times proves nothing. Let me take that back. It proves you have no loving idea what you're talking about. It's completely and entirely possible that maxx rolled the same few numbers as this spammer, days after he posted in your cytube. Far less than your outrageous claim of "more than a coincidence."

Not only was it possible that Maxx could a rolled the same IP, but it's completely illogical that the first two digits of Maxx's real IP and the spammers hold any correlation. Like you just so happened to ignore my point in my previous post, Maxx not only has access to and knows how to use multiple VPNs, he's also incredibly paranoid. There's no way in hell Maxx would spam your cytube without doing it under a VPN. Not only that, but in the steam support thread that your cytube was spammed with furry research. Yet, in the OP you claim he's m-muh tribal towards furries. Why the forget would he look up furry research to spam your with in the first place? (This is also coming off that midwest furcon thread.)

Zealot, you've had it out for Maxx for the past year for no loving reason. When you make false accusations, Maxx, being himself, would obviously fire back.
