My brother wanted this game and we pre-ordered it on ebay but before it came out the guy who sold it to us quit ebay and we're probably not gonna get a refund.
You got rused, GG

Apperently the game has mouse smoothing and the "Max" FPS is limited to 160 (not that youre going to reach that even if god made a computer)

Once they add base building, battleships, economics, city building and whatever else that would add depth to this game like Freelancer deep, I may consider buying it.

Yea lol, don't hold your breath on that one.

im not sure base building would really work in this game.

they'd really have to figure out how to make that work as you're constantly jumping from planet to planet and system to system.

maybe a personal jump thing that lets you go straight back to the system your base is in

but there's never really a reason to settle down in a game that is apparently designed entirely around exploration

I mean, what else is there to do after just exploring the different cookie cutter planets out there. It could become a better starmade. It could have it's own in depth player and faction warfare, dynamic economy and faction controlled planets and starbases. But hey... who needs that when you have "endless exploration". Am i rite? ;^)

"It could've been a better [game that's not No Man's Sky here]"
