New advice for refund fails.
It sounds like more people are getting approved if you request funds to your steam wallet, not paypal or card chargeback.
Obviously if they know they are keeping your money anyway, the game isn't important.

Yeah but the game is a complete scam. Its litterally been advertised illegally. As I said lots of things promised in interviews and shown in official trailers and videos aren't even in the game. According to the ECC (Europian Consumer Commision) the seller (Steam) or manufacturer (Hello Games) are obliged to repair or the replace the product free of charge. If not possible they must refund the entire product price. Since its a digital product I dont think there is any repairing or replacing you can do. Except for updates but I am not going to wait half a year for the developers to fix this piece of garbage
Same thing goes for the United States but only under the name of FTC (Federal Trade Comission).

The belgian economy law (page 68384, article 1, art 5, 5°) states "" garantie " : elke door een verkoper of producent tegenover de consument aangegane verbintenis om de betaalde prijs terug te betalen, of om de consumptiegoederen te vervangen of te herstellen, of om er zich op enigerlei wijze om te bekommeren, indien de goederen niet overeenstemmen met de beschrijving in het garantiebewijs of in de desbetreffende reclame;"

Wich literally translates too: " Guarantee " 'means any undertaking by a seller or producer to the consumer's commitment to reimburse the price paid or to replace the consumer or repair, or there is any way to care if the goods do not correspond with the description in the guarantee statement or in the relevant advertising; "

And as I said before, they game was falsely advertised untill the very end.

People have been having more luck when they refund it for "doesn't play on my computer" or something like that I've heard.
