The primary armies are given new orders. They are to cooperate with the remaining disruptors in a grand forward march towards the nearest regions under warlord rule, with the obvious goal of doing what they did in the proxy lands: liberate. The disruptors are to aggressively hunt for hostile forces attempting to sneak through the gaps of the armies, and to act as a proxy force that triggers traps set for the larger armies, exposing them and allowing for plans to counter them to be made.
The success of this project is by-in-large successful.  Efforts to get behind lines with bands of disruptors turns out to be a challenging task, now that the hive is on high alert.  Their stealth tactics and communication network seems to be superb.  The forward forces, however, grind any resistance to a halt, and within five years' time, the warlords (save for two) are overrun.  The remaining surrender and beg for mercy.  Several boats depart for the mainland, carrying refugees.

The slave owners are promised further discussion a short while after the conflict has concluded and better stability is brought about.

And in order to fulfill promises, the majority of the rebels are enslaved and distributed among the slave owners the sate them for a time.

The leaders of the rebellion are to be taken into custody, with the the least prestigious killed in honor of the ancestors as sacrifices, and the more prestigious being punished accordingly to their status. Clan leaders have the knuckles of their prominent hand removed, which is horrible for those who are ambidextrous, and they are forced to partake in a walk of shame in the capitol.

Their land and holdings are distributed among the people where most wealth can be made and is best for the economy and locals, though their personal halls and some of the surrounding lands are theirs to keep.

Meanwhile, Francessa Novelum receives some support in his attempts to integrate the style and skill of archery of the enemy into their own ranks.
The move greatly satisfied the nation.  The new Senate (or whatever you wish to call it) gains immense favor.  This optimism breeds will for expansion in ways not too kind.

Accepted under the condition that your Capital does not use a real city's name and you get a flag.  Also forgot to add—where do you wanna be on the map?

After receiving no armed threat from the Beljnian alliance, the Crest keeps flexing its muscles.

The Erinamese government calls for a consolidation of power, where the Acylic blood caste defines imperial structure.  Calls for unification between the clans ring loud and clear.  An assembly meets in Våldjresk to discuss this.
Moderation please.  –S

Yaromir is stripped of all his holdings besides his manor, and much of his material wealth is given to those he formerly ruled. He is placed under effective house arrest until the end of his days as an example to any other conspiring nobles; the seat of Grand Prince is elected, not seized.

The Empire grows, and in such, causes overpopulation due towards the fact of being on a loving island. So researchers are attempting to make ships that can go accross the ocean to find new land.

please moderate this
It has desired effects and understandable damages to reasonable effectiveness.

Sorry, moderators don't moderate things that they don't consider need a special address.  We prefer to keep our noses out of usual happenings.

Note that I haven't been moderating Plethora's actions since most of Avalonia's actions concern very gradual and slight consolidation of powers, something that most consider passive.  Besides, I know how Avalonian society and culture works based on past games (Plethora almost always does the same thing) and these moves are not irregular.

The Empire grows, and in such, causes overpopulation due towards the fact of being on a loving island. So researchers are attempting to make ships that can go accross the ocean to find new land.
I mean, you're settled on an island larger than Madagascar with a population of ≈109,979 (using an appropriate population growth model), which is smaller than the city I live in.  With your absence of wars and relative isolation, a solid agricultural development would permeate what part of the island Arlien would use.  Imo, you wouldn't be in any danger of overpopulation at this time.

Nevertheless, Arlien looks to research boat designs which can travel over the open seas, hoping to find new lands for colonization or trade.  Progress begins slowly at the drawing board, but once it's done, the great forests of the island should provide the necessary supply for great ships.

The move greatly satisfied the nation.  The new Senate (or whatever you wish to call it) gains immense favor.  This optimism breeds will for expansion in ways not too kind.

The Senate, because I haven't come up with a nifty name for them, look to this optimism and decide to put it to good use.

A few thousand men are broken three ways to keep five thousand to defend the homeland while three other five thousand are sent south, west, and east.

The western army goes below where the familiar and friendly tribes are to conquer, while a messenger is sent their way to attempt to convince them to join with the Republic, otherwise they cannot guarantee their safety.

It's rather obviously an ultimatum, but they're trying to be friendly about it, in a way of honoring Asru.

The southern armies are sent to go to work with enslaving people while taking the most fertile lands and trying to wrap around to take further control of the mountain/steppes.

The eastern army helps with this, heading north-east before flanking down south to wrap around and help, as they do the same with enslaving and taking the fertile and resource abundant lands.

Notably large and sizable tribes are (sometimes) given the chance to join and save from annihilation/enslavement if they go ahead and help with expansion.

Can I get a PM message on Discord giving me an idea of what my population is at around now?

Kyrvan focuses on consolidating and rebuilding as well as foreign relations, as translation efforts are nearing completion.

The Empire grows, and in such, causes overpopulation due towards the fact of being on a loving island.

unless you just exploded to 3 billion or something, overpopulation isn't an issue yet

Lands scrubbed clean of warlords are, for the time being, placed under interim government control. Representatives of the League are sent throughout these lands, asking civilians of the moral crimes committed by the warlords whilst they ruled. When the peoples' testimony is complete, the crimes' punishments will be enacted upon the warlords. There is next to no chance that they will survive, even if none of the crimes individually call for capital punishment (though they likely will).

The lower tribesmen of some regions are allowed to remain, assuming their citizenry does not speak out against them to a representative of the league. Of the populaces and aristocracy, upstanding individuals are searched for as well. The new tribes will require new clans to lead them, after all.

Belenia continues, in turn, to flex its own muscles, training its armies, building fortifications, developing weaponry, and other normal nation building stuff.

Many of the Ezbatan Clan heads believe that unification would undermine their own individual authority, especially given the local prominence of some of the larger and more powerful clans *cougherinaumcough*.  Before even considering something akin to unification, they demand some form of safeguards to their own power and autonomy.  On top of this, individual differences between the clans (Zenian vs Tsekenese values) create further disorder at the meeting.  Two clans even go so far as to leave Erinaum's camp and side with Belenia, believing that it will sustain the current balance of power rather than try to consolidate and diminish smaller clans' prominence.

REs soon to come.

After months of preparation, Avalonia sends out ambassadors to the ethnically Avalonian clans not within the Union, calling for them to join.  They go bearing gifts for both the common man and Clan heads, and are given the authority to negotiate, if not for joining, at least for trade and increased openness and communication.  The clans aren't put under undue pressure by threats or any such means, but encouraged by the examples of formerly lesser clan heads who have risen to greater prosperity and stability through association and entry into the Union.

Regarding the matter of the central military, the Council's coffers will not cover the future maintenance of mercenaries, but will help to defray the expenses incurred within the last ten years.  The practice of employing mercenaries rather than a mix of professional soldiers and local defenders is discouraged as it subjects the nation to undue risk in a pivotal way.  The Council's coffers will be primarily used to defray the future employ of local professional soldiers and the training and arming of militias.

Erinaum: Within Erinaum itself, people like the idea of uniting the clans.  [POL : +1]
Byartalena: A messenger coming from a recently conquered area returns to the capitol city, bringing plague with him.  Thousands fall ill and die from vomiting and coughing fits of increasing severity.  [POP : -4]
Gœðalaussland: A growing isolation from the rest of the world stemming from the increasing xenophobia of both the nation and its neighbors is doing little for the local economy, and almost all trade grinds to a halt.  Farmers are reduced to barely above subsistence levels, and those that do not farm exhaust much of what they have set aside, and most are very discontented.  [ECN : -5]
Al'ard Almuqaddasa: Neighbors have cooled down in any warm feelings they felt for Al'ard, diplomatic connections must be reestablished. [NPC : -1]
Neslait: Trade within Neslait has slowed significantly, and the nation's thinkers are at a loss as to why.  [ECN : -3]
Avalonia: The general health and well-being of the nation improves slightly from a favorable growing season.  [POP : +1]
Kyrvan: Displeased with the spoils from his participation on the side of the Grand Prince against the forces of Yaromir as well as his perception of the disdain the Grand Prince's family and advisers have for him, takes his armies and rescues Yaromir from house arrest.  He installs Yaromir in a higher position and threatens to raise him further unless his demands, including substantial amounts of money, land, and increased respect, are met.   Yaromir begins to reassemble his supporters and forces.  [POL : -5]
Confederal Grand League: A favorable growing and fishing season causes a population boom.  [POP : +5]

Gorhkislava: The alteration of the migratory patterns of whales has caused a massive collapse of the local economy, which has become hyperdependent on whaling.  The city state's only hope is to raise enough capital to send people scouting for new whales, but nobody seems to have nearly enough set aside.  [ECN : -5]
Vlast: Impressed with Vlast's continual pacifism in the region, many neighboring tribes and clans seek peaceful relationships.  A few are impressed with the culture, and wish to assimilate with Vlast.  [NPC : +4]
Esperanto: The general health of the population lessens as a few mostly nonlethal diseases move through the population.  [POP : -1]

BCU muscle flexing continues.  Fortifications are renovated and improved.  The combined brass begins discussing extensive measures for defense of BCU lands.  The most pertinent and demanding measures are resolved right away.

The BCU makes a secret offer to Grithjash to join the BCU.  Grithjash has so far been partially loyal to the Beljnian alliance, but has tried as it could to remain only lukewarm.  The Erinamese offer is that of much gold, grain, quality alcohol, and flowers local to Erinaum (symbolizing a peace offering in Erinaum).

Note that the Tsekenese were always in the Beljnian alliance at this point, but many peace-loving clans are deserting both sides for a neutral standpoint.

The populace by in large disfavors unification, but sees it fit to be on the right side of the League, and therefore cooperates.  Debate becomes common in the proxy lands, amounting to frustration with no conclusion.  Those lands that were victims of the warlords put forward a request that they be fairly represented throughout any assimilation process, and when complete.

Cool.  :)

Since you didn't name who that is I can only assume you're referring to Kazimir. Drazhan once again raises the royal army and marches to crush the insolent boyar who dares insult the Crown and the populace he intends to steal from.

When the plague comes along and makes it way to spring in the capitol, the senate secludes themselves in the keep and close the gates, waiting until the disease properly dies down whilst the city goes into quarantine as they try to limit the casualties and spread of the disease as much as possible.

Soldiers of both factions are loathe to fight when they have just recently fought against their countrymen whom they so recently fought alongside, and the Grand Prince's advisers warn of probable revolt among the ranks on all sides if direct and open combat should occur.  They recommend attempting to soothe Kazimir's wounded pride rather than risk massive defections within the army.  Reports from the front, where skirmishing has already begun, indicate that morale is very low and that although the fighting difficult for both sides, made worse by cold rains, the Grand Prince's forces seem to have a slight upper hand, although it has yet to materialize into moving the front very far forward.

The senate suffers no casualties from the plague.  Many outside the senate building, however, perish from the plague before it eventually runs its course and passes into other parts.

The Grithese are receptive to the offer, but don't ultimately consider it sufficient to make them join the BCU, especially given concerns over war between the Sun and Moon in the near future, and unsettling talk of unification of the tribes under the banner of the Moon.  It is clear, however, that should Erinaum overcome Belenia, the Githese will be open to peaceful relations and possible friendship so long as their own sovereignty isn't in question.  In the meanwhile, they wish to discuss a separate trade agreement; a number of their merchants wish to obtain exclusive rights to import a number of foreign luxuries from the far South into Erinaum, and indicate that they have already cemented a similar relationship with Belenia.

The memorial is respected by many passers by.

The efforts to replace the scholars has limited success.  Few in the land are able to work at nearly the same capacity, but those few who are found are reported nonetheless.

In the process of the search, they find a researcher who brings this case to a conclusion:They say there is a larger civilization of unknown culture or cultures to the far SSE, and that it is moderately advanced.
A small warband of three thousand troops is sent to scout in that direction alongside some diplomats, in order to make first contact with the nation and hopefully establish an embassy and some trade.

More attempts are made to find scholars, even asking some local tribes if they would accept a cash offering for their smarter members.
