No it's not faster lol.
Blatant lies.

Disc media requires what's called "seek time". The disc has to be physically spun from the end of the index until the lazer reaches the correct point, and heaven help you if the data is chunked in different sectors of the disc.

SD/SSD media works completely differently, and a LOT faster. The only issue is that these devices tend to have smaller life-cycles depending on the amount of time you read/write, but that's a problem you would expect in a couple years, not a couple days.

i dont like gyroscopic drift

Real talk, why doesn't someone just 3D Print a Switch Dock, give it inside padding, and then repaint it.

Also do you think it would be possible to duplicate The Joycon Shell through this method?

I would LOVE to have Atomic Purple Joycon.

Somebody engraved their Switch with the Splatoon Squid Pattern.

Boyz, i got me a switch.
Lucky. I've still no luck finding one.
Looking online I'm seeing dates of April 7th before it's back in stock, and some retailers saying as late as May 30th.

You got no idea.
Gamestop Had 4 that were shipped in that day, I was the last one to get one.
Traded in my Wii U and some games (they had a fantastic deal, albeit not as good as selling this on ebay, but hey I didn't have to deal with ebay.)
Got about 200 off the Switch, and I bought BOTW with it.
Only spent 150 on My Switch.

Because nintendo purposely didn't ship out much so they can give off the illusion the demand is higher than the supply.

They probably have a warehouse over loving stocked.

If it's not in stock until christmas time I probably will have lost interest by then. For me at least this is a kind of impulse buy, although a very slow impulse. There's every chance that I get distracted by other games on other platforms before then, especially with E3 around the corner.

"If I can't play breath of the wild nobody can"

Also, apparently the CEMU emulator is coming along quite quickly. They estimate that it will be at the level of playing BoTW through from start to end in a few months.
