Even with the rules, it's pretty easy to find reasons to kill people. Tony, however, refuses to read the rules.

once again you fail to state how many people were 'surrounding' the witch, and how many people were on the server at the time.

Exactly, the rules are so overbearing and full of nuances that you can either just play the game normally, have fun, and end up getting banned for a stupid reason (like Tony was), or you can be in a constant state of having to stop and question everything you do to the point where you can't enjoy the game anymore.

This is the reason I avoid like 99% of RP servers. Overbearing rules and abusive admins.
