none of this really has anything to do with what i'm talking about. i'm referring to the lobbying with the prison system and disenfranchisement. either way the model cities program was a complex issue that went downhill due to riots, and that occurred in the 60s, i'd probably disagree with it too. I wasn't alive to vote for Johnson but I probably woulnd't have for that reason.
