So, do you actually have anything substantial to add

keyword 'substantial.' so far the only remotely substantial thing you've offered was a hearty laugh

a quote so hypocritical it can criticize itself

All you did was say some well known info about a stuff situation.

We are apparently trying to cut them off from all trade/economy, and when Annoying Orange was asked about engaging north korea he said "we'll see".

[NEWS] north korea is gay lol

So, do you actually have anything substantial to add anymore, or is it just time to recycle old memes against me until you derail the thread?
> master mathew asking if someone else made a substantial post lol

The window to act is growing smaller every day, gotta wonder if the US is gonna do anything.

we'll probably repeat what europe did prior to ww2, more and more appeasement and refusal to act. sanctions arent doing enough to stop them.

yea they made up brown townyze political cartoons about how north korea could never strike the US in 4th and 5th grade. now I'm thinking back on it and chuckling in a kinda terrified way. I just worry that there would be some internal conflict (or external even) to displace Kim that would result in a missile actually being used in combat

yea but direct military action will 100% result in thousands of deaths. if someones got a hostage at gunpoint you talk to them. it probably wont work--but if you attack them, the hostage will definitely die.

As opposed to the thousands of deaths already happening in NK? The only difference is we're preventing a politically volatile state from stockpiling WMDs

when the entirety of the western coast is glassed can we consider maybe taking out NK for good

we should start our own splinter cell

The nuclear arms are a deterrent for invasion, not something they actually plan on launching.

riiiiiight because they're not completely insane and they don't make daily cartoons of themselves nuking NYC

people always talk about "imposing stricter sanctions" on North Korea, but the only thing that they export is coal. how can you create stricter sanctions when there's only one thing to sanction??
relevant

You're right, neither are true. They're not insane, stockpiling nuclear arms to prevent invasion seems a lot more loving likely than "Actively trying to destroy the world", considering the former leaves them in control of their country, and the NYC bombing graphic (they made once) seems less like a motive for the destroy-the-world scenario and more like your run of the mill political propaganda
