lol
"it wasn't the game we had on our end"
oh no. it had missing cutscenes. what a horrible misinterpretation.

"No one has even contacted us to hear about our side of the story in a long time."
Oh so you mean... That discord server you guys have. Where people were bringing up all the issues. That wasn't good enough? Oh right. Your very active team of whiteknights was deleting it all. And once they realized that deleting it gets them even more backlash, they just started ignoring the criticisms and only deleting the outright spam. Did those criticisms ever get answered by any of the definitely online and not afk developers or Frank himself? Nope. Frank had his status set to away but yet was opening and closing a game. Congrats. The story was right in your own environment and you all neglected to read it, then claim it was never brought up.

Oh and not to mention, people were posting in said discord server some chatlogs how he admitted to intentionally delaying the game to build controversy to gain more attention.

lol
this game isnt going to see a single update beyond the next month I can absolutely loving promise that.

they're just gonna take the money they can get and run with it.

Why'd people buy this, knowing it would be stuff?

Why'd people buy this, knowing it would be stuff?
A lot of people bought it just to leave a review then refund it. You can tell because a lot of them are under 2 hours.

As for anyone who knew it would be stuff, and played it for more than 2 hours. I honestly can't say for sure. Except for VNN. He made well over a thousand dollars in donations from streaming it.

Also, one of the devs gives their thoughts and explains some things about HDTF

They also did a livestream prior to that video where you can probably get more of his thoughts on the game

He basically got paid for adding zombies to the Black Mesa section where they're beating on the walls and busting through doors and making a few sound effects
