at this point I think that's the most likely case. like I said earlier, it's completely plausible. this is a really simple website and would only take a day or two to make for a web developer. I still think it's crazy to imagine he'd go to these lengths to forget with lord tony but at this point I honestly can't see any other possibility

To make a site like this isn't that difficult at all. Looking through it via inspect element it looks like it is just a bunch of thrown together default bootstrap elements. He didn't even bother adding separate html pages on the navbar. Honestly theres no way anyone would make this site for anything OTHER than a joke.
