Establishment Democrats go FULL MAGA
The Haley Stevens Betrayal

The Democratic Establishment, ALL IN on MAGA has decided to back Republican Mike Rogers in the Michigan senatorial election! This is the mask finally coming off. The democratic establishment would rather MAGA win than the left.

Haley Stevens, much like John Fetterman before her, has openly aligned herself with the Republicans and MAGA. MEANWHILE the democratic establishment endorses this behavior with their silence.

Well the problem is Abdul Al Sayid committed the sin of being a competent politician while brown.
The thing is, the dude isn't even far left enough to be considered a democratic socialist. He just has the audacity to want an end to genocide. Overall hes still a win for most of corporate America, so yeah it really shows that even a relative centrist like Sayid can't overcome the inherent racism in both parties.

Last year (or was it two years ago? I don't remember) I got a little loving psychotic about canvasers bothering me about voting. This year my mental health has drastically improved and I'm totally vote pilled now. Just completely going vote mode with it. Getting my votes all over the carpet and stuff. It's disgusting. Anyway if you have a decent candidate on your ballet who isn't a complete loving vampire, please vote for that mf, it's looking like it might actually help this time.

Big thanks to Haley Stevens for stuffting herself and pissing everybody off

i dont get to make a big difference nationwide because my state rep vote was for the incumbent democrat
however i did get to vote against three state ballot initiatives that were going to fail anyway, but it would be nice to make them fail spectacularly rather than just fizzle out quietly

I called my state's governer a "blood sucking zionist" on Reddit and got a 3 day site-wide ban LMAO. "Hate speech."

crossing my fingers sc goes blue. will it happen? who knows.

i didnt get to vote on anything interesting besides non binding referendums and judges :panda:

Some early projections ive seen have dems taking the house but republicans holding a 3 vote lead in the senate. I will sporadically update things since votes are now being tabulated in some of the eastern states, but im also trying to maintain an approach of its out of my hands so no wringing my hands about it rn

AP has called Georgia for Jon Ossoff
Roy Cooper has flipped the North Carolina senate seat and Chris Pappas holds the New Hampshire seat previously held by a retiring democrat senator. This also makes Pappas the first openly gay senator.

Florida CD 13 is ridiculously close with the republican currently leading by only 2k votes and 3.2k votes still left to count

Angie Nixon loses the florida senate race which is to be expected when Chuck Schumer and the democrat caucus refused to give her any support in her campaign, she came much closer than expected though

yeah I dont know, last election texas was looking close too but we saw how that turned out so i dont want to get my hopes up. Still, at this point Talarico only needs 42% of the remaining ballots cast to win.

Georgia's governorship flipped to democrat under Keisha Lance Bottoms.

god is literally nonbinary now

NBC is calling SC for Andrews

NBC has also called the House in general as going to the Dems with an expected 61 seat majority.

With SC called, if Brown takes Ohio and Talarico takes Texas, the dems secure the senate too.

By my rough math Talarico only needs 38% of the remaining vote in TX to win

NBC just called Texas for Talarico

If any Ohio, Kansas, Iowa, or Maine flip to democrats then we can all go to bed early cause that would mean a senate majority for dems

Wait no I forgot about fetterman, Ok so dems need 2 more states to flip

Ohio was just called for Amy Acton.
Ohio now called for Brown too. That's technically the senate there except for fetterman of course
