yeah well if we lived in a perfect world where people were complex enough to synthesize whatever deep intrinsic thought provoking meaning there is behind drawing naked kids doing love stuff it could be that way, but we don't and the court of public opinion dictates the only reason you'd do that is for loveual gratification because that's the only reason they'd personally do it. legally there is a difference, but thats about as far as you're going to get in terms of fairness
