Neltharion is infused with a part of every dragon (from 10000ish years ago), including the other four aspects. Hence the need for the armor plating, which is more to keep him from splitting apart then to protect him.

EDIT: Some power of the Old Gods and the demons of the Burning Legion were part of the Dragon Soul as well.

No. Deathwing is the corrupted aspect of earth Nethalrion, he tricked the other aspects into sharing a portion of their power with him to fight the burning legion and then turned against them.
