lol, tree editor...

They should make you be able to edit your creature whenever you want, instead of having to start out a new game everytime. They should also make it so you can walk around and actually do stuff when you're in the space stage.

There's some sort of hologram thing you can use later on that allows you to freely walk about. The only thing is, is that you can't interact with stuff.

EDIT: Also, did anyone find the eater egg on the front page? If not I'll tell you how to find it. :cookieMonster:

plant/tree editor already been confirmed. but dunno if its a soon update or some expansion to whip out 40 bucks for :\

This game is from the same people who brought you The Sims. How man loving expansion packs do they have for that game!?!

It's infuriating how they really dumbed down the first 4 stages (like being able to properly design your city) and then the space age is amazingly complex and at the same time rather shallow and tedious.

The concept for Spore is an interesting one, but the implementation was shoddy and condescending.

A race of mother loving evil robots.

AHH YOU SPOLIER NOW I DON'T CARE WHO THEY ARE ANYMORE BECAUSE I KNOW

You can already use it, but it's buggy as forget.

How? Is it a patch?

The Flora Editor can be started through "sporeApp.exe -state:FloraEditor". It does however not work in a usable way and one cannot save any plants created.

There was a fish stage (To continue from the Cell stage) Though it was removed for unknown reasons, probably to save memory space.

Removed because it was just too incomplete. Actually, you can see remnants of it. The fish mouths were originally intended for use in that Stage, but they recycled the models instead.

Wow plant editor really is buggy xD

Makes sense.
Atleast that explains why there are fins/shark mouths and such, since i was "WTF, Why would a land creature have those?"

Yeah, its a glitch. I still own.
