After North America an Australia are taken out, Africa will win. There needs to be at least 3 people attacking africa for it to lose, and they have to last 18 turns. The highest health anyone else has besides Africa is 15. Middle East goes for 13 turns with South America and the Islands, but when they die, Africa will win. It will maintain a health of 3, and never go any lower because it will heal against all their attacks. Africa will then take out South America, and after that will continue to gain one health per turn until it defeats Australia.
