I love them too, the sad part is that they cost a lot of money, but can make you a lot of profit in the end. I recommend opening up a bank account just for LEGO investing with $500 in it, and seeing what happens. LEGO set investing is relatively predictable for the most part, and usually it's obvious what'll do well in the long fun.

For me to build them/do the modifications (all of the "heavy" stuff requires more than cutting, which includes heavy sanding/burnishing), you work up the numbers and send me a note and we'll go from there.
