if you see his next post you will see that he made the scope larger
I think the new scope size would help a lot with the way it looks in comparison to the player
oh, yeah. i was just using the scope as a reference point because it seemed like it had been exported wrong or something and it wasn't supposed to be that small. it just looks like the gun itself needs to be a tad larger overall

Some stuff for the updated Novelty pack.

The closed shape isn't really the prettiest, now.

how did I not realize until now that the speakers in blockland are actually supposed to be speakers and not just weird bricks with a hole in them

Took the advice and am redoing the F-11D. Hope proportions are better now so far.

at first i thought that was a wip of that backwards gun you use to kill urself

The Devolver™

Remade the model from scratch... any feedback?

Whats the reason more people use blender/milkshape to model rather than sketchup? I would guess compatibilty and less advanced features but for blockland it seems like the best option

because they prefer it
no one modeling software is better than the others, even for blockland specifically. I can't imagine what it is that makes you think sketchup is better for blockland

Easier not better, my bad

It's not "easier". Every program is easy if you know how to use it. I am modelling with Blender and if I am going to try out Sketchup right now it won't be easier since I don't know jack.

i can guarantee if someone were able to put knowledge for blender in everyone's head they would use it.
