Yes its free, you just cant change your look.

Ah. Well I already changed my look long ago with a premium. Since they're free getting my ranged level (and many other skills) should be less costly. I probably would've had it mastered if I were still playing.

What does rebirth do?

Do you like become 10 but keep all your skills and stats?
