Adrian Shepard will probaly be in Half-Life 3, if it is created. There has been controversy on Youtube, a little bit of Facepunch, and the Steam forums because Shepard has not appeared in sequels of Half-Life. You do meet Gordon Freeman in Opposing force, but if you follow him then you'll fall off that island you're on when you're at Xia(Or something like that.). Obviously, there is most of the monsters from Half-Life and some new ones. The last boss, or The Gene Worm, is fairly easy to beat. All you have to do is shoot the eyes, then shoot that bottom part thing. The G-Man is spotted in a variety of parts, such as the last level. If you noclip back to the truck a little later after you spawn, you will see the G-Man doing something to that thing on the back of the truck. At the end, the G-Man will be with you on the helicopter and say something to you. So basically Opposing Force is the best Half-Life 1 mod.
