When I click the armature to get it selected thats fine. When I click tab to go into edit mode thats fine, but when I click the armature again nothing happens. I do the rest of the steps anyway to see if they work but they don't.

are you right clicking to select?

Right clicking the middle of the bone should do it...

Idk, look on YouTube.

How do you define which part is colorable, and which part isn't?

I see the problem now. My mouse doesn't have a right click button.....

It might just be hidden tho. (I know, how can a mouse button be hidden? You haven't seen my mouse.)

Use a transparent texture for the parts you want colorable.

Wtf? Okay... there should be preferences in a pull down bar near the top of the main screen. In there, an option for clicking with the left mouse button is selectable.

Ok, I got the naming of bones to work, BUT, when I make a new empty how do I name it, because I can't seem to go into edit mode when it's selected?

Press N and just type the name in OB: box.

Oh, the OB box? Thanks.

EDIT: Now the DTS exporter is acting up.

EDIT: Now the DTS exporter is acting up.

Good luck with that...

Is it something to do with Python?

Most likely. I got my laptop's exporter working by pure luck.

Anyone know how to fix it?

This really helped me. But for now, I'm going to start off with something simple.

The add-on I am working on now is a pipe :3
