This post makes me consider deleting RTB 2. Seriously, banning someone from RTB server info just because he collected ID's for his ID list is just loving gay. And what T-Clogger said, KapRiddler is just going to use the server info temporarly. I don't think he'll update it every day.

What if it slows everyone else's RTB performance down when he fetches all the server info at once?

Sure the ID list is useful, but it clogs the RTB server with requests.

Kalphiter all you do is whine and complain on these forums. In game you waste bandwith by going to servers and collecting IDs. If want to keep record of numbers please do this. Get a phone book and write down all the phone numbers from page one all the way to the last. Then preserve that paper.

I assume you tried something a little hackish, Ephi caught on and decided he wasn't going to have any of that stuff. Just speculation.

Please, you don't realize how RTB works. Do you realize that RTB is a fricking dedicated server, NOT your average PC?

Plus, if I was able to do it...

I would do it every hour. about 3-5 seconds apart.

Imagine how small my part would be in the amount of plays getting server information every second.

Do you realize that RTB, while it is a dedicated server, is still handling stuff such as users connecting to the site, downloading (Add-Ons from submitters) or uploading (Add-Ons/Screenshots/site/etc to users), and on top of that it's all on Ephi's internet?

You guys seem to be trying to invent valid reasons for me to supposedly have banned this guy for. The only reason I banned him is because he's an idiot. The majority of the ban list gets cleared when v3 comes out so it won't be too long.
