Thats impossible, the Story line is
MGS3, MGS1 ,MGS2 and MGS3. I think this next MGS will be after 4, they probably found a way to fix his aging problem.

You obviously didn't watch after the credits or even before that, he panics and pulls the gun out of his mouth and shoots the ground. Then Big Boss comes behind him and goes SON, I'M SORRY. Then they joke about Sunny's egg's.

If you actually paid attention to the bloody story then you'd know. In MGS3 he gets his bandanna off the chick in white (Forgot her name) on the bridge, in every MGS game he's wearing it. Ocelot is also young in MGS3 where in 1/2/4 he's old with white hair. People always complain about the story not making sense or hard to keep up with but really its easy.
