Server up and ready for action

took of some of the useless plugins. Now no lag

Is visage's server up or down?
Now that is just loving gay. I decide to run fraps while playing minecraft, I was under the impression it was causing lag, but its not.
While in the main menu, I noted the fact that when your on the menu with
Single player
Multiplayer
options ETC ETC
my FPS drops to 30, but in other menus, its at 100+
EDIT: Oh duh, framerate cap so the bouncy happy new years doesn't give people seizures.

I can't loving modify the contents of my minecraft.jar after installing this awesome mod. Anyone?
Yes I made a backup so I'm safe but pissed

Alright, I tried this out and it should work.

• I have Windows 7, if you have something else then I'm not sure how you can do this.
• Open the folder.
• Click the "Organize" button in the topleft.
• Click folder and search options.
• Click the "View" tab.
• Uncheck the "Hide file extensions for known file types" check box.
• Close the window.
• Rename your Minecraft.jar to Minecraft.zip.
• Extract to a folder.
• Edit your stuffs.
• Select all the files in the folder and not the folder itself.
• Right Click > Send to > Compressed Folder
• Rename the new .zip file to Minecraft.jar

Didn't work, googled how to change a file extension in windows xp and found instructions.
Messing with changing to zip now.
everything went in successfully, im changing it back to a jar and running it now.
Login button pressed: forget stuff damn forgot to delete meta-inf
Unzip again...
No META-INF
it was buried a folder down, couldn't find the stuff it needed now zipping a diffrent section
All zipped up, renaming... running out to turn on a heater.... Deleting extra stuff
Running again............... Success. Im in the main menu... Lets go load a single player map.
Load success

This was a triumph, I'm making a note here, huge loving success.
