For those looking for a little challenge

1. Start Hardcore game.
2. You're only allowed to use wooden tools and building with wood.
3. You must play this on repeat every night, all night.
4. You're only allowed to build during the day. (As soon as mobs take sun damage)
5. Your home "base" must be on the ground.
6. You may only eat raw food.
7. No farms
8. Survive 10 days.

on my friend's tekkit server we set up a giant geothermal generator
we have 40 pumps generating and sucking in lava, pumping them to 200 blocks of reservoirs (20 tanks, each 10 high), and then we have engines sending it to geothermal generators
within 10 minutes we maxed out an MFSU

i can do the same thing with 5 geothermal generators, some tubing, and a condenser.
