They are replacing Texture Packs with Resource Packs. These can include sounds, translation files, you could replace the ending, etc.  Maybe we could ask having optional sounds for specific classes of villager, and then they could introduce sounds per retextured villager. Try leaving that around the people with higher up connections, or just tweeting it directly to them.

I like how I only ever heard that name with hate. I remember watching videos, then I'd check the comments and it'd be like "No, sky sucks" Checked the comment, something about butter. Saw that loving constantly. Still only know that name by hate. And yet, I've also heard 2-3 people like "I'M GOING TO PLAY WITH SKY."

Point being, just don't mention whoever that is. If all people talk about is hate or they are doing something, it's too confusing. Ignore him.

Came across a fairly small mod called Harken Scythe, lets you reap the souls of mobs and use them to craft various tools, get special enchants, and use them as power for magic items like resurrection and teleportation charms

It's pretty fun, but it's a little tough to get started since you have to go Enderman hunting to get 3 pearls to make a container to keep the souls in, plus one night while I was out soul-collecting I was suddenly attacked by some sort of scythe-wielding wraith with Enderman-like teleporting properties that had a stuffload of health and kept summoning stuff to attack me, pretty spooky

The creator has another mod called Asgard Shield too, they intertwine nicely
