Author Topic: Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it  (Read 6738493 times)

The server runs fine by itself but, admittedly, I've never had more than 4 people on at a time

My real concern is that, if I do host the server, I won't be able to play games without making it lag.

I watched some Skydoesminecraft and Bashurs PoV on Bridges. There's no legitimate "being a twat" moves. They're all in good fun. I recognize this because me and my friends do this to each other all the time. MegaScientificals pov is pretty sensitive imo.

You know, Minecraft is dead to me. It doesn't even feel like the game I bought 3 years ago.

then actually look beyond the basics and find ways to entertain yourself. you'll never be satisfied if every ounce of fun has to be handed to you on a silver platter.

This is the first minecraft video I ever watched:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5wukl5fmMQ&feature=share&list=PL602D9B3F6983E838

I bought the game about 2 days later. Minecraft has changed so much since then.

Remember Herobrine? I never believed in him, but now I wish he existed. In a way, he represented the loneliness of singleplayer. Just building mysterious structures, freaking you out while still making you excited. Villages and temples in the new minecraft versions are just taking away from a singleplayer experience. It's called SINGLEplayer for a reason guys.

Or maybe I'm just wearing my nostalgia blinds again.

I bought Minecraft a week or two after the YogsCast started their survival island series.

I loved the game for about 6 months.

Now I play it off and on. Its... Not the same.

What makes me hate him is they were still having their match, and he comes over and starts destroying things. He was just making a sword to actually get into the match fully, and he starts screwing up the match. That's why I dislike him - They are in the middle of a match, and he's screwing with things blatantly.

It's just a game. No need to be butthurt by someone trying to have fun.

I'm just speaking off the etiquette everyone here taught me over the past like 8 years. If you really want to be a richard, wait until after the match is over. Don't start screwing with things when the battle is still on, especially when you're out of the game and should not be there.

But do you want me to be okay with him doing that? What do you wish of me?

is 1.6 out yet?
nvm

I just downloaded MVC and downgraded to Beta 1.5. oh my god I'm so hooked on it. I can get 60fps on far with smooth lighting oh god. thats the highest setting then any other games I have.

It's called singleplayer because there's only one single player...

SethBling is optimizing that system. It's too bad Trazlander seems a bit... unhappy with it. Trazlander loves having absolute control, whereas SethBling is about simplifying. Trazlander's filter involves huge systems, thousands of signs noting thousands of features. SethBling has it to a small system which only lags when used, instead of as long as the system exists. I understand Trazlander wanting control over his system, but considering how optimized SethBling could make it, maybe he should work on a better way of applying all his customization to it...

You can disable structures and villages
