Author Topic: Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it  (Read 7319733 times)

Not to mention caching the world in RAM - Minecraft is quite intensive on your RAM. Higher RPM hard drives never hurt anyone either, though the performance increase from that would likely be negligible.

Course since I'm using the GLSL shader mod my graphics card is actually getting a bit of exercise there due to how little optimization is possible for that.

Totally agree, and I like your word choice there.

what texturepack is tails using

I've had enough of people trying to add me on steam just to ask me, Then asking me through two other people after i block them.

IT'S 16P RPG

STOP ASKING

Also whoever that steam guy is i hate them.

Don't listen to Zackin, hes stupid. If he doesn't know correct info, he shouldn't post. A graphics card would help, but RAM is a much cheaper solution to higher FPS (in Minecraft at least). I used to have 1GB of RAM and integrated graphics, but I recently bought an extra 2GB of RAM and now I can run Minecraft at about 35FPS average. The reason of this is because Minecraft doesn't require graphics at all, it will barely help to get a graphics card. You are rendering thousands of blocks as you walk, which can get heavy on your RAM and processor. A better processor would help too.
You're really overacting, How am I supposed to know if my info is correct or not? If I kept it to my self all the time no one would ever have a chance to correct me about it.
RAM isn't exactly the first thing you'd want to upgrade in order to increase FPS, the CPU and GPU are the first things in that regard. But of course if you've only got 1GB of RAM then it really would make a difference if you where to upgrade it.

Last I saw it was one of the many Doku variants.

Too many people ask tails about texture packs and his desktop.

Real men don't need mods
Real men don't need mods, don't die, and build legit amazing things.

Guess I'm a real man. :D

You know, all this time of you saying how you've never died is weird, because you never proved it at all. You don't make videos of it, you don't take screenshots of anything, and it seems like you've been lying this whole time.

Oasis loves peaceful and takes water buckets wherever he goes so he doesn't die in lava.

I'll do it, should I use livestream or fraps? Never really shot any vids on my computer.

What's wrong with the fun in exploration and security while doing so?

I use full version of fraps, but it records huge video files. I'd rather livestream it.

Eh, I rather dislike just exploring. I like the thrill of the possibility of dying...

Ok, I can record livestream clips, right?
