Hey after a while my minecraft screen goes black and anything i did in a world goes away except everything in my inventory and i re downloaded .minecraft and it still does it help?

I had this problem and searched the internets for a solution and found out that it is because you have Render Distance set to Far, which will cause these blackouts. After setting my render distance to normal I haven't got any more crashes so it's at least worth a try.

Light smoothness to off? If it lags on tiny, your computer fails. Usually minecraft lags when I start it up, but goes after a while.

Seeds doesn't give the same world, it gives the same generation.

Opening Large Chests will cause the crash of the game.
Game may crash upon entering the Nether. When you reload you will be at spawn with no items.
Some users reporting worlds getting deleted (confirm?).
If someone uses their bed in SMP, other players may get disconnected. (Un-Recognisable Packet ID: 17)
Zombies cannot hurt players unless they are above them.
