Does Mo creatures make it so that you can't play your world without it?

I don't think mobs are saved along with the world, so you should be able to open it without the mod installed if you've played with it before.

That's how it was with me and Humans+ anyway.

Dogs are a planned passive mob. They will serve as pets to the player.[1]
Notch also said in a twitter post that Wolves can be tamed to produce pet dogs.[2] It is believed that they will be used to hunt, example to send them out for a day or two to find food. Dogs are to be rare and not a common sighting. Notch has confirmed the addition of these animals upon having breakfast with a friend, along with confirming Wolves, as said on his blog.[3]

no not unless your got tons of the items FROM the mod. it works with 1.3_01 now. so im playing around. Sadness fills my cove today as my beloved dolphin passed away D:
