Since when can you pick up monster spawners without mods?

He probably had a mod and isntead of breaking his minecraft it turned into a spawner. It probably doesnt even have spawner qualities when placed

Then why are you scared when you have an unidentified item because of the mod? I thought you were scared because I thought you were playing vanilla and there were spawners in your chest.

While spending 800-900 hours trying to get to the far lands, I finally made it. After exploring a some of the oddly shaped formations I found a cave. In this cave there was a creeper with hyper-realistic blood running at me. It decided to explode and there was hyper-realistic blood everywhere in the cave. Ten seconds after the creeper exploded hyper-realistic blood came out of my monitor and felt like it was real. My best friend touched the hyper-realistic blood and died.

The last time I somehow got one of those "Undefined Items" when I tried to take it out of the chest and throw it out. I lost my whole loving world because it glitched up so loving bad.
