Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it

Why? I'm using Industrial Craft, so I can't use any un-updated worlds. I have a nice texture pack that I've completely gotten used to, and the update breaks all my minecart tracks because there's no parallel boosters any more.

I suppose that if it's for the sake of mods, that it's alright.
I just don't like it when people don't update it just because they feel the prior version is superior.
Sort of like those dumb stuffs who still play Vanilla, even though Retail is out.

there is a problem, the tools are dropped at very low usage.
Like, its been used like 30 times, this has happened with all my tools so far.

I found that Lupez or whatever thing thats a regular blue in a cave, but then i lost it by falling in a pit of lava :c

As far as I know there's some really awful CPU-hogging loop in the server software.  I haven't tried it yet, but Mojang released two fixes for it and they both didn't work.  Don't expect lots of servers.
