Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it

Seriously frustrated to my boiling point with this game.
Creepers aren't funny, or cool anymore, now they are just annoying and put holes in my walls and floors repeatedly, and dying in some sort of stupid lava pitfall stuff is getting really old too.

also, i am discouraged from exploring caves in minecraft because of that scary as hell sound that plays every time you go deep in it

That's just Herobrine. Removing him completely is nearly impossible.

Then don't use it. Just because it's there doesn't mean "OH HEY USE ME!"

You can't just not use leveling. If you only play singleplayer you could use a mod, but if you play multiplayer, then you'll be behind everybody else.

1: Yes. They will use that against you, especially attacking you with enhanced attack stats. Disabling this is by the host and somethings they just don't care and force you to abandon progress after a while.

2: People think it's a biome, but it'd make absolutely no sense to be a normal biome. I've heard talk of the Sky Dimension being a Dream World, so it might just be you dreaming of Mushrooms. Maybe if you have Mushroom Stew before going to sleep, you go to that Dream World, but can actually bring stuff back from it? XD I'd love to see Creepus.

Are you really complaining about something that was put in the game that was made to cause harm to you? that's pretty low lol.
For creepers, just keep looking ALL around you if in the dark. for lava, just don't dig down and don't jump into it lol

It's useless as an entire Overworld Biome. It would be more of a fantasy biome if anything. An entire area dedicated solely to different fungus just wouldn't make sense in the Overworld, though.

I read on Minecraft Wiki that Notch didn't implement holdable torches because he didn't like how they looked. Therefore, that isn't going to happen. However, as the lantern update hasn't been said canceled, supposedly when those are implemented they can be held.

But yes, they should be working on refining terrain and structure generation instead of all these new systems. I keep whining about how the villages spawn partially underground or too high above it, which just looks stupid. Mineshaft support beams float through ravines. These can't be THAT hard to fix or at least clean up a little... Maybe these fixes will be included in the additions updates?

Anyone know how too get placeable cobweb? They only seem to drop string, and the wiki page doesn't seem to say how to legitimately collect cobweb, itself.

Gay, torches wouldn't look bad in my opinion. Maybe he could redo the default torch model or make a separate torch.
