yes I know how to turn it on
and yes META-INF was deleted.

now I deleted my 1.8.1 folder to get rid of ModLoader and AudioMod and forced update, and with and without forcing, 1.8.1.jar didnt show up
EDIT: the 1.8.1 jar is gone, yes. I tried putting the mods into both .jars, the minecraft.jar and the 1.8.1.jar, and it didnt work either times.

now I just put it in without ModLoader and AudioMod and the 1.8.1 jar is gone and it works

I thought they'd do at least one more version before that jump. They have two months, they could release 1.9 when there is one month left... Probably will, but still, they already name their version 1.9? Also, torches melt snow don't they? Poor mob!

Edit: Is that real? Nothing at all is showing it. Even if it just released, should come up somewhere...

Stronghold Finder update, much more accurate. You all should use it. :)

Edit: I used it, went to the EXACT coordinates of the first Stronghold, and dug down. After like 6 blocks, landed in a cave. I turned around, and right behind me part of the floor was made of (Mossy) Stone Bricks.

i know of a thing that's ingame, it gives you the x and z right there in the f3 without needing any input.
