Trying to source it, Google failed. I set it to look between April 5th and April 19th, which is when 1.4_01 was relevant. using the image, tried diamond pick lava and all that. As Ike told me, it was probably made by the person who recorded it afterwards like "It's so sad... gotta show people. :("
