technic pack
that and the yogbox are the only worthwhile mod packs, and the technic pack much more so.

theres a more weapons mod but i think it makes it to where you need to turn sapling sinto sticks then you just make a handaxe to get wood then you can make a full axe.

Really? I thought at some point they'd spawn. I mean survival maps have where you have to make a grass area to spawn mobs for a farm...

I don't know much about it.
Making a farm would be smart anyhow.

I just got rei's minimap today and i'm already in love with the waypoint thing on it :D

now I'll never need to craft a compass and map ever again.

also, I  just found a abandoned mineshaft near my spawn. when I get more advanced i'll go explore it and hope for some water melon seeds so I can have a mass farm

already got pumpkins since i spawned near em.

sadly, I haven't found any dungeons nearby. but I haven't really looked around.

edit: gah... I wish I had a wolf since I haven't had a wolf since beta 1.7.3 :(
