Author Topic: Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it  (Read 6804145 times)

jungles suck, they really need to replace the ground foliage with some kind of high grass, two blocks. they also need to have a stuffload of sugar cane. also, deserts have much too many water pools.

IMO i think a mini biome thing would be nice, like the way villages and desert wells spawn in deserts, deserts should spawn oasis's . a pool of water with some normal jungle trees and grass around it instead of having a pool of water every 6 blocks. i think that could also be applied to other biomes, like jungles could have jungle shrines with some stuff in them or forests could have patches of flowers with a gift in the center.

I've always hated trying to feel stranded and desperate in the desert when I know there's a million pools of water around me.

also, since you don't really need water you can survive in the desert without it. i could go into the earth and start up a mushroom farm or eat zombie meat for food, hell, if i got some seeds i could power grow wheat with bone meal and a block of dirt.

Biomes just need to be larger overall.

they need to be procerurally generated instead of generated randomly. seeing a snowy biome near a jungle or desert is just loving stupid, i also think certain biomes should have base elevations, because since snowy biomes aren't really northern or southern it would make sense if they had a higher elevation than a desert or an ocean.

I like jungle biomes, but I don't like how often they spawn

Actually, a few: Ocean, Mushroom Island, and Hell.

Dear Minecraft,

Jungles

Jungles everywhere

Love, Jeb

Wait, Jeb sent that to his own game? That's strange. Why didn't you put it in quotations?

I am so loving late lol

and btw

OH MY loving GOD THAT GAME LOOKS loving AWESOME

It looks relatively plain to me.

Biomes just need to be larger overall.
Except oceans. Traveling in a straight line by boat for 20 straight minutes is not fun.

yeah, oceans are large enough.

Its quite realistic. The again not because its only 20 minutes.

It should take weeks, either realtime or ingame. This would encourage development on default, non-buggy ships.
