Now I feel like I know the truth about Minecraft. I really regret spending my money on it at all and wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know.

Why do people rant so much over Minecraft...
While seeing some points which are pretty legit, you gotta think that Minecraft may be out of beta and all, but is still being developed.
The fact that there are bugs is always there.

In 'normal' released games, there are often a lot of bugs too.
Maybe not as much, sure, but it's not like the other games are perfect in that sense.

Now i don't want to add more conversation about this in this topic, but i just think that if you think it's bad, you can warn those who you know and who are planning to get Minecraft.
But don't try to force your opinion on those who actually think Minecraft is nice.

There are a lot of people who actually enjoy Minecraft.
I enjoy it, however i don't play it as often because it got kind of boring.
But when you play with friends, it is more fun. :)

Please, can we get back to the fun part of discussing Minecraft? :)

The development team for minecraft is stuff.

There's countless resources you can find in minecraft but they only have 1-5 uses at best.

I haven't seen any updates for it lately and the only preview of one so far is that you can trade with villagers. So what? They'll probably only sell stuff that we won't need and most people won't use.

Exactly, I don't have a problem getting anything the Villagers sell. I also don't see why the trading system has to use the rarest item in the game as currency.

why is it that the apperence on coal is shows a little bit of coal and a little bit of stone, why don't you get cobble stone along with coal.

that would be a neat update to the game.

It wouldn't really make sense to get a block of cobblestone from both a full stone block and a block filled with coal. It's not like there's a shortage of cobblestone, either.
